Block a Week Friday

Block 96
Button Up

Knit with a moss stitch border and a stocking stitch centre.  The small garter stitch block is knit separately and then secured to the centre with four buttons. This is an easy straight forward block to make and would make a fun pocket I think.

Rating - easy
Curl - 0
size - 6"x6"
ends - 4

Another example of this block.

  7. That's so cute. I can really see it as a patch on the front of a child's sweater.
